Culture - A word from founder Johan
As we are starting out as an agency, we don’t have a culture yet. I can only talk about what I intend to do, my values and what I did in the past.
- I think education is really important, and you would get a conference budget as a full-time employee.
- I value growth as a designer. We will evaluate your growth and find ways to help you grow in your career by matching you with the right projects.
- I believe the connection with a group is very important. We would make efforts to see each other in real life and try to establish a great place to meet and collaborate in both Belgium and Mexico city.
- I think focused, deep work is important. We would have a good mix between remote and in-person work with mostly remote work.
- I value experimentation to learn new things and a good mix between client projects and internal ventures
- With my previous company, we had a nice trip to Barcelona with the team after some time working together. I would like to one day have everyone join for tacos!
I invite every collaborator to bring their vision to the culture as well.
