Designing delightful enterprise software for the supply chain industry
SupplyStack develops software for the transport and supply chain industry. For three years we helped SupplyStack design cutting edge software.
For three years, we helped SupplyStack with user experience and user interface design work. We served as their in-house product design team, after which they changed this to an in-house position. During this engagement, we helped design eight different applications using a coherent design system based on Google's Material Design.
During the process we created hundreds of screens that depicted complex business flows, both for desktop and mobile. SupplyStack creates advanced software with enterprise needs, such as advanced rights management and process flows involving multiple profiles. We helped to translate business flows into screen designs that could be validated with customers during usability tests. We worked together with product management to help deliver bespoke software that is used by thousands of end users.
