We've updated the design services page to more accurately reflect our offering. Here's what's new:

• Rapid prototyping with AI

  • New: we've given this presentation on designing with AI just once, but are looking to give it in more places. Meant to inspire product teams to use AI tools in their daily work.

  • iPadOS app design
    • App design with a deep understanding of iPadOS.
      • Knowing about how iPadOS evolved over the years is essential to designing for iPadOS. Combined with our understanding of native design for iOS in general, we believe we have a unique ability to design great native iPadOS apps.
  • macOS desktop app design
    • Design of macOS desktop app design with respect for the HIG and deep knowledge of the platform.
      • We've worked on several cross-platform Mac apps as well as our own fully native app Keynote Extractor.
  • Windows desktop app design
    • Design of complex and rich Windows-based desktop app experiences.
      • We've worked on quite a lot of Windows software, and are currently once again working on a Windows desktop app project. I believe the deep knowledge of Windows (vs Mac/iOs/Android) is one of the biggest differentiators of Obra.

Here's what's out: brand design. While we can make you a logo or brand guide as part of a bigger project, we leave the detailed brand design and related marketing work to expert studios.
